Congratulations to my friend Paul Rowe who won his senior class at the EFBB East of England show on 05-09-04 and automatically qualifies for the British finals later in the year.At the age of 41 Paul shows what years of hard work and dedication can achieve and although he says thats the last time (!) I hope to see him at the nationals and to keep improving as his physique matures.Well done Paul, the chinese is on me!
