In
this section I will tell you a little myself and a lot about my training!...
I have been lifting for 14 years and thats 14 years non stop. Lonely Sunday
mornings, sunny Friday afternoons... I even remember booking holidays
so they were conveniently located next to a gym...however my training
has entered a new phase, away from the huge weights and ego lifting that
I was, (and most of the lifters I see still are), guilty of and towards
a greater emphasis on the mind / muscle connection that is so important
yet so overlooked.

Jan 2004
These shots were
taken mid and end January. Left Im around 255 pounds, and have just started
to get a bit leaner, after the Christmas binge.Right im at 245 holding
the same size but more cuts coming through, although the lighting isnt
as good youll have to trust me on this one! Im focusing on a little more
CV right now, as the work in doing currently requires that more detailed
look, so im bringing in more cuts and following a tighter diet regime.
